Free Tracked Shipping on Every Order
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is always free, and every order comes with a tracking number.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
- United States: usually 7–14 business days
- Canada: usually 7–18 business days
- Australia: usually 7–18 business days
- New Zealand: usually 7–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak periods. If your order is running late, we’ll let you know.
Import duties and taxes
In most cases there are no extra fees on delivery. Occasionally local customs may charge import duties or taxes; these are set by your country's customs authority. If you have any questions about this, contact us before ordering.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
